Mandatory Hurricane Pool Prep

OUR HURRICANE CARE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL CUSTOMERS

Due to the uncertainty of a hurricane's path, we take proactive measures to ensure all pools are properly protected. This includes adding higher levels of chemicals before the storm to safeguard your pool against potential damage. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we operate on a flat rate. Given the disruptions caused by hurricanes, we’ve found this approach to be the most effective way to continue delivering high-quality service. If we had to break down every project by individual hours, it would not only complicate our process but also increase costs for everyone involved. The flat rate helps us keep things simple and ensures you get the best value for your investment without any surprises, especially during these challenging times. Pre Storm Mandatory $35.00.

 

It is our professional opinion that taking this preventative step, though it involves some additional expense, is much cheaper and easier than facing the potential cost of hundreds to thousands of dollars in green-outs or even resurfacing. Who knows how long power could be out.  


Our team members prioritized the safety and protection of our customers' pools, often putting your needs ahead of their own, to ensure everything is handled before a storm hits. We are proud of their dedication and the hard work they put in during these times.



Post Hurricanes

As soon as it is safe to travel roads, we will begin to asses any excess damage that a customer may have and communicate the next steps and possible costs.

Anytime we would need to clean up after other contractors such as power washing, tile work, painters etc.

All pricing will be based on how much cleanup is required  after construction.  At times filters and or salt cells will require multiple cleanings.  It is also common for a pool to need multiple vacuums and/or the use of extra chemicals  to properly bring the balance back to normal.  In order for us to offer the best pool cleaning service, this must be scheduled ahead of time.

New or renovated pools require an influx of chemicals and time to be balanced.  Must be scheduled.

Green pool cleaning. To take a pool from green to clean it requires numerous trips to balance chemicals, clean filter and brush walls.
